Billing & Subscription Authorization

  1. Setup Fee Authorization: A one-time $50 setup fee is charged at signup for the initial service setup.

  2. Monthly Subscription Fee: Each receptionist seat is charged at $100 per month once required A2P 10DLC approval and activation are complete.

  3. Billing Start Date: Monthly billing starts only after registration approval and service activation.

  4. Recurring Payments: The saved payment method is charged automatically until cancellation.

  5. Failed Payments: A three-day grace period is provided to resolve failed payments before suspension may occur.

  6. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; unused subscription time is nonrefundable.
